To edit the settings in the Relationship Report (RR) go to Options/Preferences.  Then click on the Relationship tab.  Under Preset files you may have a listing.  Choose one by highlighting it and then click the Load button above it.  Now you can edit the report by clicking on the "Features Printed" tab or "Page Setup" tab.  Further options are available a bit higher up, ie, "Wheel" tab, "Points" tab.  After editing you would Apply (button below) and will be prompted to "save" or "save as" a new file (whichever you prefer, hitting just "save", though does overwrite the existing default).
