Our emailed reports are generated automatically and sent almost immediately, so you should see your report soon normally in about 15 minutes but it depends on the speed of your email service.
If you havent recieved your report after some time (a coule of hours or so) then most often this happens because of a spam filter problem. Be sure to check your spam and/or junk mail folders to see if you can find our report. (On Yahoo mail you may have to look in your junk folder and scroll down past the emails that have fake dates in the future until you see the emails from the current date.)
If you still don't see the report email then first check your sales reciept email and make sure the report says 'by email' and that there is zero shipping charge. If not then you may have ordered a snail mail report by mistake. In that case reply to your sales reciept email or call us at 1-800-the-nova or 508-896-5081 right away and ask us to change it to email delivery. (The 'Astro Intelligence' brand reports are by snail mail only.)
If you did order an email report and didn't recieve it then reply to your sales reciept email or call us to give us a different email address that we can try to send it to. Or try turning down or off your junk mail settings then then write to us and ask us to send it again. You could also change your order to have it printed and bound and mailed to you.
