When entering your surname, password and serial number it must be typed exactly as it appears on the paper you received with your installation CD.We do not use the letter O only Zeros. Where there are capitals, you must capitalize, it is case sensitive, where there is a space, there must be a space.
If your name is spelled incorrectly with your serial number and password, you must spell it incorrectly as it is printed in order for it to work.
You can call sales later and have them change the spelling if you wish.

If it is not taking you user name and password then you are typing something incorrectly, you should double and triple check that it matches what you were provided with


Pleas keep the password and serial number in a safe place usually with the CD, in case you have to re install.

If you loose your password and serial number you can email with your name, the program name and version of the program you bought and we will try and look it up for you.
