* Added, Menus, added fast menu access (Utilities menu) to the Swiss Ephemeris
files folder
* Added, Interpretations files, in cases where all interpretation (*.int) files
are relocated to another folder from the standard
"...\Solar Fire User Files\Interpretations" folder, you may now manually add
a new key "InterpPath=" under the [Solar Fire] section, along with a folder path
(ending in "\") to the Solfire7.ini file located in
"...\Solar Fire User Files\Settings" folder. This option might be useful in
situationswhere you want your own master set of interpretation files in a
different location to the standard Solar Fire Gold interpretation files.
* Added, Midpoint Interpretations, added new midpoint interpretation text
and reports
* Added, Chart Art, three more pages were added: Art_PurpleBamboo, Art_RedCosmos
and Art_StarNavy
* Fixed, Combined Charts, if a Combined chart was created, e.g. Composite Midpoints,
and then a Solar Return chart was then created for the first name used in the

displayed in a grid if the orb for either applying or separating was set to zero
* Improved, Aspect Orbs, now allow the user to enter separate applying and separating
orbs for the Parallel and Contra-Parallel aspects. Previously, the same value
entered into the Applying orb was being used to automatically update Separating
orb, and vice versa
* Improved, Unidirectional Orbs, changed logic so that if a Unidirectional orb is
selected when Use Planet Orb Ratios is also selected, the lowest orb ratio is
used for aspects in orb calculations
* Improved, Chart Analysis, added a "Leading Planet" to the Bowl shape
* Improved, Page Topic Index, set "Auto Apply" ON as the default so that Page
Preview is enabled
* Improved, Main Menu, allow the setting of the Firdaria Report, Nodal Variation,
to be saved in the menu for the next startup

* Fixed, Planetary Nodes, added Sedna and Eris to Planetary Nodes report as they
were left out of this report after these new planets were added
* Fixed, Calendar, both the default Progession and the default Direction settings
in the Dynamic Transits and Progressions entry screen were not holding their
values if the Calendar feature was run and the user returned to the Dynamic
Transits and Progressions entry screen. This problem showed up if the Progression
was not set to "Secondary" and the Direction was not set to "Solar Arc" in the
Dynamic Transits and Progressions
* Fixed, Calendar, the View menu tick was not set to the saved calendar period
when the Calendar was started up
* Fixed, Calendar, Preferences > Edit Settings, if "Use default timezone" is selected,
the Calendar did not reflect a change in the displayed timezone on the Calendar
when a change was made to the default place/timezone in Solar Fire's
Preferences > Edit Settings > Places tab
* Fixed, Dynamic Report, when Copy/Paste Dynamic Report data to a Word document
(or Excel), tabs on columns were missing
* Fixed, Dynamic, Directions->Radix, Primary vanDam, when listed and then View Chart,
a warning message now offers to display transits

a "Bad installation..." error message at next startup. Due to complexity at
installation, the "Repair" button was removed for the Solar Fire Gold entry in
Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
* Improved, Page Designs, when new page layouts are either created or externally
added to the "Pages" folder in the "Solar Fire User Files" folder, when a user
next selects the View > Page Topic Index menu item, a test is now done for
whether the new page is a "Chart Art" type of page or other page type. If it
is a "Chart Art" page then it is now automatically added to the "Chart Art"
topic where it will now be found. Other types of pages are automatically added
to the "Added Recently" topic. For these latter types of pages, a user can always
"drag and drop" the new page from the "Added Recently" topic to any other topic listed.
* Modified, Calendar, if "Show Exact Times of Hits" is set in the Calendar Preferences,
the items are now sorted by time in the day. If "Show Exact Times of Hits" is not set
then the default order of display continues to take place, that is, by Event and Planet.
The View > View Interpretations Report is now also sorted accordingly.
* Modified, Calendar Options, re-arrange screen, reverse Sign / House Ingresses and
Stationary / Parallels to be consistent with Dynamic screen
* Modified, Chart Files, updated the birth time of Prince Henry (aka Prince Harry)
in the Royalty.SFcht chart file from 4:20am to 4:20pm.
* Modified, View Chart, removed the chart number in brackets next to chart type in
caption so that it does not display. Useful when "Copy/Send" chart by Clipboard,
File or Email Attachment. Previously, printing a chart never had the chart number
printed so it is now consistent.
* Modified, Dynamic Report, adjusted the default width of some columns when they are
selected and displayed
* Added, Color Schemes, the King Scale color files from Tad Mann were added to
Chart Options > Color Scheme
* Added, Chart Art, 14 more Chart Art page designs were added

* Fixed, Demo, if Solar Fire Gold Demo installed and then Solar Fire Gold full
version installed, uninstalling Solar Fire Gold Demo removes the Swiss Ephemeris
Common files causing a startup error when next starting up Solar Fire Gold.
* Fixed, Solar Maps Lite, clicking on the Eclipse button did not display any eclipses
in list.
* Fixed, Dynamic > Animate menus, these were not displaying on computers with
Windows 98 or Windows ME operating systems.
* Added, Dynamic > Animate menus, now allow Real Time Clock and Animate menu windows
to be minimized.
* Fixed, Startup, Swiss Ephemeris error at startup when Solar Fire Gold installed
on Windows 98 and Windows 98 Second Edition operating systems.
* Changed, Startup, modified the logic to now allow for the detection and use of
the SE_EPHE_PATH environmental variable on a computer, relocating the Swiss
Ephemeris files, and in this scenario Solar Fire Gold's embedded Swiss
Ephemeris files may actually be deleted (allowable) at startup.

* Fixed, Calendar, if 7-day mode spans a month then no aspects shown for any day
* Fixed, Calendar, if 7-day mode spans a month then Moon data wrong for the days
in the new month
* Fixed, Calendar, the interps text on the Calendar was using the wrong interps
text file - Transits.int instead of Calendar.int
* Fixed, View Chart, Dual Wheels using uniextra4.wh1 gave a subscript out of
range error
* Fixed, Charts, when a chart selected in Chart > Open is a *.cht format chart
(older format), the feature to allow a user to convert to the later *.SFcht
format did not work.
* Fixed, Birthdays, though more than 40 charts may be highlighted in a chart
file, only about 40 of them are displayed on the Birthday list. It was found the
Birthday list being displayed had a limit of around 40 charts even though the
birthdays file had the right number of charts. The limit was extended to
around 160 birthday charts that can be displayed.
* Fixed, Calendar, Preferences > Edit Settings, if
"Specify my own location/timezone" selected, it did not perform auto. lookup
of ACS atlas for timezone after you tabbed past the Country entry box.
* Fixed, Startup, if Solar Fire Gold is installed and then Solar Fire Deluxe
is uninstalled, a "Run-time error '429'" shows up when starting Solar Fire Gold.
This problem only occurred for Solar Fire Deluxe and not earlier versions.
* Improved, Swiss Ephemeris file path, added auto. recover facility to return back to
default path if the current path fails to detect the Swiss Ephemeris files at that
location on the startup of Solar Fire Gold
