I did not get my email report?

The report is sent automatically right when your order is complete.  You should receive your report in a few minutes, but sometimes due to the vageries of email it can take hours to receive. If someone does not receive it, it is usually because of filter settings (spam/porn) that will not allow the report to enter your Inbox.  You should check your junk or spam email box folder first.

If the report is missing and it's not in your junk folder then please temporarily disable your junk mail filters, and contact us and we will send your report again. Please give us an alternate email address to try if you have one. The report comes from orders@alabe.com so add us to your address book to ensure delivery. Yahoo users can click here to add us to their address book,

Email us at orders@alabe.com or Call us at 1-800-843-6682 and leave your name, and order number or the date when you purchased the report, and also what type of report(s) are missing if you ordered more than one. Also leave an alternate email address to try (if you have one).
