Why are some glyphs in wheel printouts missing?
This can happen if you are printing on a laser printer with only 1
megabyte of printer RAM. The solution is to upgrade your printer RAM to
at least 2.5 megabytes. Alternatively, you can select Low resolution
for graphic output.
