Software:

Unopened software may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

There are no refunds on programs purchased via download links. We have no way of knowing whether you have downloaded and installed the software or not and therefore cannot issue a refund.

Once you have opened the software, you may not return it for a refund or credit. You assume the responsibility for the selection of the program to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use and results obtained from the program. Please be sure to download samples of our output from the website or call us at 1/800/843-6682 to request sample output.

All calculations and/or interpretations produced by our software are intended for research or entertainment only. Astrolabe assumes no liability for any decisions made based on output from our programs. In no event will Astrolabe be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use a program.

Astrolabe does warrant the CD or diskettes on which our software is furnished to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of sale as shown by a copy of your invoice. The sole responsibility of Astrolabe is to replace the program CD or diskettes in the case of defects.

Chart Services:

Chart services are not refundable unless we have made an error in entering birth data in producing a report. Astrolabe will correct the error at no further charge to you.

You assume the responsibility for the selection of the chart service report. Please be sure to download samples of our output from the website or call us at 1/800/843-6682 to request sample output.

All calculations and/or interpretations purchased through our chart service department or supplied free of charge at our website are intended for entertainment only. Astrolabe assumes no liability for any decisions made based on output from our programs, chart report services or free chart services. In no event will Astrolabe be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the information provided to you in one of our paid or free chart services.
